「我的天文台」於香港境內提供定點天氣服務。若可查詢位置,此應用程式會顯示最接近用戶位置的氣象站所提供的天氣資料。當中包括溫度、相對濕度、雨量、風向、風速及天氣照片等等。若不能取得用戶所在位置,或用戶鄰近的氣象站沒有數據提供時,此應用程式會使用天文台總部及天星碼頭氣象站的資料代替。於這些情況下,天氣資料會用灰色顯示。

請注意,由iPhone估算的位置可能與實際位置有差別。同時,由於氣象站與用戶可能位處不同高度,以及地形上的差異,所以「我的天文台」顯示的天氣資料可能與你所在地的天氣情況有分別。

由版本3.0開始,「我的天文台」支援透過推播服務接收天氣警告。由於推播服務是Apple提供的一項服務,香港天文台並不保證用戶能透過推播接收到天氣警告提示。

我的天文台」同時提供以下天氣資訊:

(v) 世界主要城市天氣預測;
(vi) 天文及潮汐;

(viii) 天文台風暴路徑;
(ix) 閃電位置;
(x) 天文台YouTube影片;
(xi) 天文台網誌;
(xii) 雨量分佈圖;
(xiii) 加上閃電位置的雷達圖像;
(xiv) 天氣提示 (包括特別天氣提示);
(xv) 今日生效的天氣警告;
(xvi) 輻射資訊;
(xvii)潮汐預報圖表; 及
(xviii)天文台服務概覽 (只提供iPad版本);及
(xviv) 天氣圖。


"MyObservatory" provides location-specific weather service in Hong Kong. If the application is allowed to determine your location, weather information including temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, wind direction and speed, as well as weather photograph collected from nearby weather stations will be displayed. If user's location could not be obtained, or data is not available from nearby weather station, weather information of the HKO headquarters as well as Star Ferry weather station will be displayed instead. In such circumstances, the information will be displayed in grey colour.

Please note that the estimated location provided by the mobile phone may be deviated from your actual location. Meanwhile, owing to the dissimilarity in altitude and topography between your location and the reporting weather station, weather information displayed may be different from the actual conditions.

The "MyObservatory" supports the reception of weather warnings through Push Notification Service starting from version 3.0. As Push Notification is a service provided by Apple, the Hong Kong Observatory does not guarantee the successful reception of weather warning alerts through Push Notification.
